Financial Policy & Insurance
At Great Falls Endodontics, we make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic care possible. We also want to work with you to make the most of your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will generate and file your insurance claim forms. The claims are almost exclusively filed electronically which adds speed and efficiency to the insurance claims process.
However, your dental insurance is provided to you through a contract between your employer and the dental insurance company. The terms of this contract, including the types of services covered and annual benefit, are negotiated between these two companies. Endodontic offices, such as ours, are not involved in determining which services are included, the percentage of the fees paid, or whether a specific service is covered at all. Some endodontic services are completely excluded or paid at a very low rate.
We urge you to read your dental policy so you are aware of your coverage and any limitation of your coverage, and any limitations of benefits provided. If you have any questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed, up-to-date, and ready to help you achieve the maximum reimbursement.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 406-452-8180. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Our office also accepts Care Credit. This is an interest free medical credit card that you may use to make payments up to 6 months. If you are interested, please apply by calling 1-800-677-0718 or online at http://www.carecredit.com
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
